Natural fibres
Merino wool
Merino wool is super soft and comfortable in summer and winter.
Merino wool comes form the merino sheep. This wool is super soft.
Marino wool is comfortable in all seasons: cool in summer and warm in winter.
Merino wool is self-cleaning, abrasion resistant, soft, does not itch and comfortable in siummer and winter because the material lets warmth and moist through.
Treat merino woolo like you would treat any other natural wool: wash cold and with a detergent for wool. The best method to wash your merino scarf is to do this by hand. Let the scarf become completely soaked before adding the soap. This way the fibres are filled with water so the soap can't do any harm to the tissue anymore. Do not use the dryer and do not wring out the scarf. In stead, use a towel to carefully get rid of most of the moist and let it dry lying down (for example on a towel).
